Photography Services Disclaimer
By booking a session with KC Moonlight Productions, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Subjective Preferences: Photography is a creative and subjective service. While I strive to meet client expectations, personal dissatisfaction with physical appearance (e.g., hair, body shape, facial expressions, clothing choices, etc.) is not a valid reason for a refund or dispute. Clients are responsible for their styling and appearance on the day of the session.

No Guaranteed Edits Beyond Scope: Requests for specific edits (e.g., body modifications, background replacements, hair corrections due to weather) will be considered but are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in writing prior to the session. Additional editing beyond the scope of the original agreement will incur additional fees.

Weather & Environmental Conditions: KC Moonlight Productions is not liable for uncontrollable environmental factors (e.g., wind, lighting, background changes, crowds, etc.). No refunds will be issued due to dissatisfaction caused by such conditions.

Deliverables: Clients will receive high-resolution, edited digital files as outlined in their package. Once digital images are delivered, services are considered fulfilled. All edits and revisions are at the discretion of the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds & Chargebacks: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of photography, no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered and files delivered. Attempting to reverse payment through a bank or credit card dispute constitutes breach of contract and will result in legal action to recover the original amount, plus editing time, court costs, and attorney’s fees if applicable.
